Before this CD was originally composed and recorded, I had done a tiger adoption, the tiger being a young male, who was given the name Monya. Not too long afterward, his radio collar stopped moving, and it was discovered that he had been poached for his skin. I was so deeply affected by this, that I wrote these songs, and contributed all of the proceeds from the CD that year to tiger conservation. With this digital release, I am still continuing to contribute to this cause. I hope that these tracks will inspire you to do so also.
