Julie Forester is an incredibly talented singer/songwriter, who has been called by Maverick Magazine, "a big star in the making—everything you could want in a singer and more."
Julie Forester plus 6 LIVE* was a labor of love. Born out of a longing for missing the music in our music...and a necessity. Plus 6 was recorded on analog equipment, and there was no auto-tune or vocal comping used in this LIVE recording. All 6 tracks were co-written by Julie.
Julie currently has a writing deal with Starstruck Entertainment Texoma Ten Music Publishing in Nashville. She has had songs cut by pop icon Tiffany among other independent artists.
* Toured last summer with former band TIN HORSE, where she opened for such artists as Phil Vassar, Josh Gracin & Lee Brice. She has also been in productions with Neil Diamond & Alan Alda.
* Toured Ireland & Scotland last fall with Joey & Rory, top competitors on CMT''s talent contest/reality show "Can U Duet."
* Toured Europe playing Eva Cassidy in a musical play about her life & was on the West End stage in the Olivier Award winning production of "Ragtime" in London, England
Julie has released 2 EPs currently for sale. Her EP Dance With Me has received rave reviews in the UK magazine Maverick and BOTH albums received high praise in the Music City News.
In the UK her single "Feelin'' The Fall" was released to UK Country Radio and peaked at #16 on the HOTDISC Country Charts. Julie can be heard on International & National radio on the smash radio single "Soak It Up" by David Bradley (an artist produced by Brady Seals of Little Texas), and artist Coles Whalen''s album The Whistle Stop Road.
Originally from Texas, Julie has lived all over the world and seen the world through countless windows. This experience, combined with her sensational talent as a world class singer, makes her one of the most exciting up and coming artists and singers around today.
