Details:
John Samorian has been a professional musician for 29
years (he’s older than he looks). He has been involved with
over 15 Broadway productions and International tours. He
has performed with such notable groups as Blood, Sweat,
and Tears as well as his own groups throughout Europe and
Asia, and in every state of the Union except three. He
received his bachelor’s degree in Jazz studies from UNT in
Denton and his Masters in Jazz Performance from USF in
Tampa. John is married to the singer/actress Kim Shriver,
and they recently welcomed their first child, Emma Joy.
Kim has been performing professionally since 1988 in musical theatre.
Most recently she appeared in the Broadway revival of A Chorus LIne.
She''s proud of her accomplishments in the theatre world and is thrilled
to be making her jazz debut. Growing up singing in the church choir,
Kim loves all styles of music, but jazz is her new love.
