Details:
The debut album by a hundred aces, Late Bloomer, delivers a unique style of alternative rock, blended with rock and pop. All songs are written and produced by Tom Folden, a talented and respected Los Angeles-based artist/songwriter. Engineered by David Franklin at Lunch Box Studios, the album features several guest musicians:

Stephen Murillo plays guitar on Read You Like a Book, Control, Monsters In Your Mind and Seems Like Such a Crime. Rob Amberry does an outstanding guitar solo on One of a Kind. Rob Castillo plays bass on Field Where White Flowers Grow, Monsters In Your Mind, Inside Joke and Seems Like Such a Crime. Brandon Stuhl plays all the drum tracks, with the exception of Clear as Day and Monsters In Your Mind, played by David Franklin. Glenda Holt and Tanja Legardy add background vocals on Monsters In Your Mind. Shannon Kennedy plays saxophone on Clear As Day and About Suffering.2. Michele Rene lends her angelic voice with background vocals on Field Where White Flowers Grow and Believe. And world-class multi-instrumentalist Robert Bancalari plays mandolin on Field Where White Flowers Grow and Understand Again, as well as organ on Monsters In Your Mind.

Late Bloomer offers a diverse array of tunes from start to finish. Field Where White Flowers Grow and Read You Like a Book, for example, have a modern pop feel as All Over Again and Doesn''t Matter Anymore render that edgy ''80s rock style. And while Clear as Day and About Suffering.2 pull at the heart strings, the anthematic Monsters In Your Mind is the call to unite for a better world. This album is chock full of raw charm and good to the last note.
