Quartet for four horns, Opus 136 in 4 movements is the first recording of a composition using my technique of organizing the triads within a scale in order from most simple to most complex in the overtone series. A technique that, because I am using triads, sounds quite traditional.
The opus 88a (& 88b) series is a set of long tone studies on the I ching scales. It is suggested that your stereo have wide separation of Listen to the interference beats!
Opus 88d is a composition using a written out echo for solo horn. There is a pattern or melody in which each note that happens, happens four times each time softer, so an overlapping of similar tones occurs. The score if full of dynamic changes making it a great study into dynamic contrast and accuracy.
