Jimmy Angelina was born in Chicago. Then he lived and played in bands in Vermont, San Francisco and New York City, before ending up in Louisville, KY. There he started up a band with Troy Williams (drums) and Matt Fleitz (bass). Latterly, Matt moved on to pastures new. Scott Nethery came aboard to fulfill bass duties, as well as bolstering the guitar and songwriting departments. They are Deer Meet. Troy produces it all.
