Roadbed''s initial CD, Represented (1999), bought the band much respect. A song sensitive delivery, some powerful words "with a tight restricting necktie and he fought like a rhino", and a general pop sensibility made the recording enjoyable to all kinds of music lovers.
The physical CD was released without a cover... an ill fated move that can be best summed up with the idea that the point that it barely made was not worth making in the first place
Nonetheless the songs on that record built and honest and loyal following for the band Roadbed.
