My first music memories were my daddy''s record collection...Hank Sr. albums...45 rpms of Johnny Cash, Webb Pierce, Johnny Horton, and Marty Robbins.
I was 10 when The Beatles hit America and they had an incredible impact on me.
I remained an avid listener of music until 17, when I picked up the bass guitar and learned Hendrix''s "Hey Joe".
I wrote my first song in 1973 about a woman, no less.
I''ve played in all kinds of bands through the years; but songwriting is my heart and soul.
