Jeremy Benoit, also known as “JB SAAX,” is a young passionate gospel and jazz saxophonist who has been involved in many musical productions and programs in Louisiana. After earning his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in the fall of 2008 and being a part of multiple jazz combos there, he began his aggressive pursuit of music.
Inspired by the likes of Charlie Parker, Cannonball Adderly, Grover Washington, Jr., and Gerald Albright, JB SAAX has many influences to his career. While following in the footsteps of his influences, he is using his faith, education, and natural talent to leave behind his own musical footprint.
JB SAAX is totally dedicated to growing his own voice on saxophone while injecting joy into the lives of all those who listen to his music.
