Jake Jackson, the voice and guitarist of Jaxon Boom hails from Bemidji, Minnesota (where the wolves run wild). Jake pours his very soul into both the microphone and his guitar with every exhausting breath on stage. His roots lie deep within the rock tradition; he came out of the womb singing AC/DC tunes.
Andrew Powell Conn, holds down the low end on bass. California grown Sactown original; Andrew started out playing punk, but luckily graduated to funk. Now he’s loving life on stage at Boom shows when he’s not passed out drunk.
Josh Rosato is from the middle of nowhere: Mexico, New York, but he may not have put in the time on his Drum Set if he had grown up anywhere else. His militant and precise playing lays the solid foundation upon which Jaxon Boom is built.
Together these three individuals create something greater than any could be on their own: Jaxon Boom. With extreme focus on intuitive ensemble work, no detail goes unnoticed. Jaxon Boom is in it for the long haul and though formed in Boston MA, They will be landing in Long Beach, CA in early 2011 and their debut EP “On Probation” was released on November 12, 2010.
