The Healing Hands are proud to produce this musical project Drum Journey. For many years they have performed, taught and studied the Djembe drum. This cd is created to share the power and unity of Djembe (coming together) in peace and love. As the world turns and time marches on, it is comforting to know that drum and dance culture still has the power to bring immediate happiness, light heartedness and healing comfort to the world. As you listen to this shared experience, remember you are safe to let the drums guide you to the sacred place within yourself. In essence, it is the prayer that all who hear this cd be healed of all impediments to self mastery. Take full joy from this cd and share the positive energy with those around you. We give thanks to the almighty creator for life, health and strength. We give thanks that Africa is Re-Membered in our generation. This Drum Journey has showed us that we have been removed from Africa, but Africa was never removed from us. Eternally thankful to all of our ancestors, we salute them for paving the way and giving us entry and guidance in this life.
