saac Johnson is an urban gospel artist who uses his unique style of music to spread the gospel. Isaac Johnson was born in Tacoma Washington in April 1983. At the age of nine he picked up the drums as a hobby, which led to his first music ability. A year later Isaac discovered his vocal ability and realized that he had a unique voice. At age 12, Isaac’s passion for music drove him to teaching himself the piano. In high school he started writing and composing his own songs. In 2001, Isaac was enrolled in “Florida Memorial University“, where he studied, Church Music. There, Isaac was prepared for any opportunity and challenges that may face him in the future. This was the first time Isaac played the keyboard as his main instrument. In 2008, Isaac attendant “The Real World Audio Training” Where he furthered his recording and producing abilities. Now as a singer/song writer/producer, Isaac has won Billboard awards for song writing, has appeared in “The Gospel Truth Magazine” and is the current music producer the national T.V. show “Called 2 Dance”. Isaac loves to perform and share the songs that God has put on his heart to whom ever is willing to listen. Isaac has been called to be apart of this new generation of gospel music. Isaac’s influences include: Kiki Sheard, J-moss, Karen Clark, Tonex, Smokey Norful, and kirk Franklin to name a few. What is most important to Isaac is that his music reaches out and ministers to his fellow men. Isaac believes that music is a real big influence on our young people today and strives to give them something positive to listen to.
