This cd is a compulation of my best work. Prior to this release, I have produced 3 cd''s. Each of them are enchanting in there own way. I decided to extract the songs that would appeal to a larger group of listeners. My goal is to reach both young and old. On this cd you will hear music that you will find at tmes relaxing yet stimulating. Once you listen to this cd , you will not only hear but you will feel the emotion that is ever present in my instrumentals.

About Vito Scaglione
The love of music has always deeply affected the way I plays my instruments. With no formal musical training I have achieved what is in my heart. That is to write and record music for all to enjoy.
Although I grew up listening to all aspects of music, my passion lies in the sound of instrumentals.
It all started in the early 50''s when, at the age of 11, I was amazed to hear my uncles get together and play songs of that era.
Trying to mimic their style and learn the fundamentals, I knew and felt that this was what I wanted to do. Play every instrument I could get my hands on and perfect each one as best I could. I am happy to say I have acheived that goal.
I would listen to 78''s from the old country and emulate what I heard. Although the accordion was my 1st instrument, I later branched out to experiment with guitar, mandolin, and keyboards.
During the early 60''s when Doo Wop was in full force, I started singing with various Vocal groups in Queens, NY. I performed onstage, singing covers of popular songs of the time. Even now I still get out there and do gigs when possible.
During the 70''s I played with various bands but soon realized that this wasn''t the path I wanted to take.
In the late 80''s I met Ron Zabrocki, local Producer, guitarist and arranger. Ron took me under his wing, clearly seeing the talent that was yet untapped . I learned fast and furious, soon attaining what I wanted all my life: A SENSE OF MUSICAL ACCOMPLISHMENT AND FULFILLMENT! Before long, I started producing my own CD''s.
I knew my forte was in instrumental music of various genre''s. My inspiration comes from listening to John Tesh & Yanni.
I sincerely hope that this Instrumentally Yours Cd compulation brings joy and relaxation to all those who listen.
