Dimestore Mystery is Daniel Craig . At the age of 16 he began tracking the songs that would ultimately become Tea Leaves , his full length debut CD . Tea Leaves is a 10 song collection that almost immediately started receiving some fine reviews along with good college/freeform radio airplay. A mulit - instrumentalist Craig played most all of the instruments on this album himself , with the exception of some additional tracking by Graig Markel ( producer) and Grammy Award winning keyboardist Larry Knechtel ( Wrecking Crew -Bread-Elvis Costello -Beach Boys Pet Sounds - Simon & Garfunkel -The Byrds -etc. )
