Hello, my name is Andy. During the summer of 2006 I went into this studio in the middle of a soy bean field with my friend''s (whose name is Andy also) acoustic guitar. A few hours later I came out with the songs that turned into this cd, "Bull in a China Shop".
I listen to a lot of music and have a lot of respect for a lot of musicians. At this particular moment (a tuesday morning in september) I musically want to be Jeff Buckley, Julian Casablancas, Ryan Adams, Griffin House, John Mayer, and Bono.
Which hints at the title of "Bull in a China Shop".... These songs and this singer are a work in progress. I wanted to make accessible music that was heavily influenced and still fresh. I found eight songs that deserved to be heard on a cd. Whether it is a hook, a feeling, a lyric, an idea, or a melody, there is something that is good about each of these songs.
You could call it a first step in a journey for a 21 year old. If you know what I''m talking about than I want to you to buy this disc.
