Courtney Leigh Heins is a Los Angeles-based Americana/Country/Pop singer/songwriter with Indiana and Boston roots. She has performed in venues from LA''s Sunset Strip to Austin''s SXSW 2010 to the famed pubs of Galway, Ireland. Upcoming shows include opening for Celtic superstar John Whelan at the 2011 Anchorage Folk Festival in January, and Austin''s SXSW 2011 with the Red Gorilla Music Showcase in March. Her music has been featured on “Morning Becomes Eclectic” as well as in numerous TV shows airing on MTV/VH1, Animal Planet, WE, Discovery, CBC, TLC, Style and Bravo. Thrift Store Ballads is a collection of songs written between 2002 and 2010. It is her third album.
