This song was created because i would go to the same grocery store often in my neighborhood. The cashier would always flirt with me but she would never say anything because she had a boyfriend. A few months later i learned through the grapevine that her and her boyfriend seperated, because she was being beaten by him. I noticed that when i would go into the store now, she would always have her head down but she would try to manage a smile whenever i came in the store. I finally broke the ice and asked her what was up now that she doesnt have a boyfriend. The lightbulb in my head came on at the same time and as i was talking to her, i decided to make a song about how i see us if we would get together. I havent told her about the song as of yet, i want all of you to hear it and jam it first and then ill let her in on it later this year. Thanks, thats just a day out of my life.
