The legendary Lupe Garu are said to be werewolves who can change from human to wolfen and back again at will.
Lupe Garu the band, are four hard rocking musicians who have opened for the likes of Tod Wolfe, The Moist Boyz, Melvin Seals and the Jerry Garcia Band, to name a few. Hailing from deep in the forests of Pennsylvania, Lupe Garu brings their brand of down and dirty blues, riveting blues rock, improvisational fusion/acid rock, and spell binding instrumental wizardry to the stage. During Lupe Garu shows they are known to jam out on your favorite Floyd, Dead, Cream and Hendrix tunes (among others) and seamlessly shift to their strong repertoire of original tunes that keep the vibe going to the wee hours of the morning. Six of these original tunes have been captured on their self produced CD “First Bite” due to be released in late March.
