FABIO ZUFFANTI
Fabio Zuffanti is born in Genova (Italy) and is a bassist and composer musically active from 1994.
In these years he has worked in a great number of groups and projects such as Finisterre, Rohmer, laZona, Hostsonaten, la Maschera Di Cera, Aries...He has composed and played a lot of different kind of music form postrock to progrock, from folk to pop, electronic and experimentation.
He has worked with imporant italian producers such as Roberto Colombo (Battiato, De Andrè, Matia Bazar...) and Franz Di Cioccio (PFM, De andrè, Battisti...) and his work has been publishd by a lot of different labels; Mellow Records, Iridea Records, Sublime label, Immaginifica Records, Edel records, AMS Label, Marsiglia Records, Chew-z, Moonjune Records, Musea Records, Portugal Progresivo, d''Oorhinge l''Orange.
With his groups Fabio have been played live in concert in a lot of countries: Italy, France, Spain, Swiss, Belgium, Portugal, USA, Mexico...
In 2007 Fabio began to build a solo path under his name and from 2008 to 2010 he made a cd-ep (Pioggia e Luce, Marsiglia rec 2008) and two cds (''Fabio Zuffanti'', Ams rec 2009 e ''Ghiaccio'', Mellow rec 2010),
Zuffanti solo''s music is a mix of pop music, electronica, songwriter, prog and lot of other things. He love artist such as Robert Wyatt, Lucio Battisti, Franco Battiato, Thom Yorke and many others…
