Torsion focuses on songwriting that combines primal rhythms, strong melodies, and layers of ''Industrial'' sequencing. Their music is a blending of organic sound with cold machines. Torsion''s music revolves around darker-edged themes. Some of the songs are inspired by unbalanced relationships and the instability and anger that occur between people; while other songs contemplate the times in a person''s life where their self-assessment rates exceptionally low-where they feel worthless and alone. Another favorite subject matter is seduction, exploring the thrill of luring someone in and the guilty pleasure of such feelings.
2005 has seen the Release of Torsion''s latest album "Faded." In supporting this album, Torsion will be touring the East coast of the United States, and Beyond.
