Terrain is an all original contemporary Jazz group based out of Calgary, Alberta. Their music is an exciting blend of jazz, funk, latin and pop https://www.tradebit.com early 2000, Terrain released their self-titled debut CD. The foolow-up CD Time To Travel, was released March 2002. The band has toured jazz festivals throughout Western Canada and has performed/opened for such artists as, Ingrid Jensen, Jack Semple, Frank Mantooth and Chris Potter.
Terrain/Terrain consists of 11 original compositions, Time To Travel consists of 13 original compositions, both produced by Hornby/Buschmeyer. The founding members and sole songwriters are Ralf Buschmeyer and Tyler Hornby.
