I invite you to accompany me on an imaginary journey that will take you to better mental and physical health. We will go on this journey together. During it, I will teach you to use guided imagery, deep muscle relaxation techniques, deep breathing , and autogenic training.
I am a Licensed Marriage, Family Therapist , with a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. My husband and I share a private practice in Newport Beach, California. For many decades, I have been using this method to help my patients alleviate stress and manage their anxiety. By using this method, you will be able to do the same.
Beside my credentials in Psychology, I am an artist, a classical pianist and a classical vocalist. I studied voice and sang Opera and Light Opera for many years. Because of this training and experience, I have a voice that is soft calming, and soothing. I think you will enjoy listening and will come away refreshed. and stress free.
I have chosen beautiful, soothing music as a background for my voice. It helps the listener to relax and focus on my voice and instructions for relaxation .
In order to truly relax, it is important to put yourself in a place where you are free from distractions. Concentration is key to letting yourself be one with the music and my voice. I recommend that you listen to this before arising in the morning and when you go to bed at night. This way, you start and end the day refreshed and relaxed. Your day will go by more smoothly and you will sleep soundly at night.
Be sure to go to a quiet, dimly lit place when you are listening . Follow the instructions carefully for the breathing techniques. it is very important to breathe properly. Getting oxygen in your lungs will speed up the relaxation process and help you to achieve calm and tranquility rapidly. After a while, you will be able to achieve the same level of stress reduction by yourself. This will enable you to manage your stress and anxiety levels anywhere you go.
I have enjoyed enormous success with this method. My patients and others that have used this CD swear by the results. One note of caution, do not listen to this while driving. It will make you too relaxed.

I have suffered from panic attacks and anxiety for years. I have tried everything , including medication, with limited results. I purchased this recording and found that it taught me many useful skills that I use beyond the recording itself. I can now relax myself through difficult moments with more success than before. I have more confidence in handling panic, when it occurs, than I have in the past. It has really been a useful tool. I highly recommend it for anyone that feels out of control from stress.

I am a pilot for a major airline and I highly recommend this beautiful audio-book for anyone who suffers from anxiety and stress. I see a lot of people on my flights that have a fear of flying and I think this would really help them to overcome the stress and anxiety they experience in flight. But more than that, this would help anyone who feels anxious,stressed and out of sorts .
