MATT NOLEN BIO
I’m from Texas. I write my own bios. I play the piano, guitar and a few other instruments and sing. I’ve been writing songs since I was 7 years old. I graduated from Belmont University. I used to live in New York City. I played in John Fogerty’s band for 5 years. I’m a staff songwriter at Ole Music in Nashville. My parents have been married for 50 years. -No family of my own yet.

I don’t have a record deal. I’m not a TV star. I haven’t won any talent shows recently. Basically, I’m just a guy with musical talent who is privileged enough to write songs for a living.
A few more thoughts, and then we’re done:
I aspire to have my songs go #1 on country radio and travel around the world with a kick ass band playing my own music…(if you’re in the music business, you’re probably thinking good luck with that. If you’re not in the music business, you might simply be thinking good luck with that)…Anyway, I’m blessed to have a lot of friends who like my music and encourage me, so I keep at it!
