Long time songwriter/composer Lydia Clark decided it was time to bring a new Christmas song to light and began writing several tunes. This is only the beginning for a new holiday album which will be finished in 2011. But two of the songs are available now digitally and have been performed locally with audiences being moved to joy and tears. The lyrics are descriptive and the melody memorable. Ms. Clark writes a great deal of spiritual music but is also prolific with other styles - blues, rock, jazz and she continues to write many songs for children and audiences with childlike hearts. She is in the process of composing a new children album with a film script in mind, as well as an album to be released this spring that will offer tribute to the musicians/songwriters/singers that shaped her musical career.
