Thom Dutton is an award-winning Celtic Harper who has travelled throughout Ireland to learn the songs presented here. He has logged in over 1200 perofrmances in concert, coffeehouses and festival appearances throughout New York and New England. Thom has also been heard in England and Wales in addition to his performances in Ireland & Northern Ireland. Thom''s singing resume includes soloist with many Cape Cod choral groups, a trip as soloist to the Bournemouth International Music Makers Festival in Bournemouth, England and a tour of cathedrals in England and France. Thom has appeared as part of First Night Celebrations from Maryland to Rhode Island & Massachusetts. Thom was named ''Millenium Harper of Cape Cod'' by Harping For Harmony in West Virginia in addition to his awards from ACTE and EMACT for his playing as part of theatrical productions. He received the Judge''s Overall Performance Award for Outstanding Musicianship at the New England Regional Folk Harp Competition. He was also a featured performer at the 1994 International Folk Harp Conference. Thom has been named an Outstanding Young Man in America for his continued contributions to the cultural enrichment of his community and his outstanding professional achievements. Thom also performs with the Pilgrim Celtic Harp Trio (see ''Garden Concert'').
