Joshua. 24 yrs. of age from Burlington N.C. Began singing in the church because father was the Pastor so (had no choice but to be in the choir), but the more he sang (it gave him a whole new out look on singing). From that day forward he wanted to become (A Professional Singer.) His mom and dad who were professional singers themselves began to let him and his sister’s tour with them. At age 12, he wrote his first gospel song called “Thank God It’s Sunday”. At age 13, he joined a group called “Make a Joyful Noise”. It was a group of young kids who acted out books in the Bible. At age 16, he auditioned for a gospel play that (Salt) from Salt N’ Pepa and Chris Martin from Kid N’ Play had produced in 2003. He loves to listen to Nat King Cole, Luther Vandross, The Temptations, etc. He started writing hooks for his friends that like to rap. Passion then started to kick into overdrive. Started singing at church functions and weddings. In 2006, he tried out for American Idol, but did not make it, which taught him a lot about music and himself. Started working with Message of Music to better writing skills for future as (A Recording Artist) The latest thing he is doing while pursuing his career in music is getting ready to go
on tour with an acappella group formed by Kevin Womack. Mr. Womack is the nephew of the (Legendary Soul Singer) Bobby Womack who, wrote one of the biggest hits in the 70''s called "if you think your lonely now." Kevin Womack set up the audition. The plan for the tour is to perform in California in 52 different cities as well as San Francisco.
