Hello, my name is Mark Payne. I am a native of Baltimore, Maryland, now residing in Tampa, Florida.
I have showcased my passion for the piano since age 7. I studied music at the Peabody Preparatory School of Music, as well as the Shenandoah College and Conservatory of Music.
I have a lovely wife, Virginia, and four beautiful children.
God has blessed me to accompany highly sought after gospel artists such as, Rev. Archie Dennis Jr., Lillie Knauls, Larnelle Harris, Benny Hinn, Bishop T.D. Jakes, Karen Wheaton, Judy Jacobs, Edwin Hawkins, Ron Kenoly, Richard Smallwood, Deitrick and Damita Haddon, Jessy Dixon and a host of others.
Some highlights: I was featured as one of the pianists in world-renowned pianist, Dino''s spectacular five piano Pianorama as a Christmas special on TBN. I performed as an artist on a east coast tour with gospel great Edwin Hawkins. (One of the venues being Carnegie Hall)
I have composed and arranged music for Dony and Reba McQuire’s release Suddenly, and am featured on the keyboard. God has also blessed me to perform and arrange songs on Larnelle Harris’s A Story to Tell recording and travel with him for 8 years.
I served as organist and pianist for the World Evangelism Morris Cerullo conference for over 20 years.
My music ministry has afforded me the opportunity to travel throughout the United States, Canada, Europe, Asia, South Africa and Korea.
I currently serve as Director of Fine Arts at Without Walls International Church, in Tampa, Florida, with Pastor Paula White. I have also accompanied her on TBN.
My instrumental recordings include: Perfect Peace, Glorify Him, Secret Place, Secret Place 2, Mark Payne Christmas and my most recent release, Test of Time.
