About Me: The story: We are Skylight Cove from Australia! My name is Jeremy Black and I love Music.... I realized that music was my life many years ago when i was rummaging through my dads shed and found a 40 year old guitar with two strings on it. Ever since that day i have been playing guitar and writing music. About 6 years ago my best mate Shannan Knight and I were making some stupid songs in my bedroom for laughs.... I would play guitar and he would sing them....I started to notice that even though we were just screwing around.... Shannan could actually sing!!! Not long after that i asked if he wanted to be in a band with me.... And thus Shannan and I have been writing and playing music ever since....
Throughout our schooling years we had the privilege to play in many bands with some amazing musicians.... Now out of school and living in the real world we have formed together with my next door neighbour, ''Daniel Pickering'' (Drummer) as well as Chris and Neil Dobbie (Bass and Guitar).... The Dobbie brothers have been playing with us in bands at school for the past 3 or 4 years.
Our passion in life is to actually live it.... and you can only live it once...Music is everything to us and we want to able to reach out to as many people as we can with it. We want to entertain and make as many people as we can experience and feel our music.... Our aim this year is to make music, to make music happen, to live music and to have an awesome time doing it. So to anyone who simply reads about us, watches a video or listens to a song I can not explain to you just how much i appreciate it and what it means to know that there are people out there like you that our music is having an affect on.... To know that our music makes a smile or a tear, or any feeling for that matter is just amazing.... So thank you.... Peace love and happiness
