Lawyer by day, musician by night and weekend, Self Tort is the alter-ego of Brian Ralston and vice versa. After stints as lead guitarist with Sirrah, and keyboard/vocals with Mid Life Crisis, Brian reincarnated as Self Tort in 2001. In 2006 Self Tort released his debut CD "N.I.C" and has now released his second album "Tortology" an eclectic blend of rock, pop, reggae, ballads and swing touching on issues as diverse as Paris Hilton, the Bush government''s policy of Extraordinary Rendition, the plight of the homeless and personal issues of love and hurt. Lyrics written from the heart and sung with passion.
