(diobolical drunk dirermination) they Headed into Roach mouth Records with thier new 8 track reel to reel recorder and set off to create some "new oldies".

Together they took the songs and gave themselves a total of 15-20 minuites to write out parts, and another 15-20 to reharse. then got straight to mabye 1 or 2 takes (tape is expensive you see). This live off the floor recording best depicted the live show setting they grew to enjoy. after many beers, scribbled horn lines and ciggerete butts. The Grim Preachers now had an album to call thier own
the Song choices were based from Thelonious vast songbook. picking some of his more ranchy tunes after one night drinking with Patrick Kahn talking about how Jazz has gone a little too close to the propper side. ranging from the enterpreturship of selling urine as a commercial product, the seriousness of some amatur players, mother nature with an STD, prison cells broken hearts and just all round good family friendly debauchary.
