G.L.O is from San Antonio, Texas and Breakthrough is her 3rd CD that is capturing critical attention from coast to coast and border to border. Her articulate and powerful rapping style, her crystal-clear voice, her prescient lyrics and her driving rhythms deliver a message that is uncompromised. She truly lives up to her chosen name “God’s Love Only.”
By 1998, G.L.O had become an accomplished writer with 250 songs to her credit, but none glorified God. That all changed on that fateful day when God had a Word for her in Bible Study, “You can’t have one foot in the World and one foot out.” That was the breakthrough for G.L.O and she has not looked back since.
In 2003 G.L.O released her first self-titled album G.L.O (God''s Love Only), designed to minister to the unbelievers and believers. She would Minister at Schools, Churches, Juvenile Detention Centers and Street Ministries. Through the vehicle of Christian Rap G.L.O witnessed God’s hand at work with the young and the old.
In 2006 she released her second album titled "Child of God.” With songs like "The Body of Christ?", "All God''s People" and "The Rapture" this CD was written to have the Church examine themselves and to be alert.
G.L.O has opened up for the San Antonio Spurs and Artist Lecrae and Tedashii. She has performed numerous times on TBN and was featured in SA Worship Magazine. In 2009 G.L.O opened up for Kirk Franklin and now, in 2010 “Breakthrough” is here.
