The third President Gas album - "Perfect Circle" was released in March 2011. The album marks a return to rock with a big new sound.
The album opens with "Outa My Head", a quick three minute power pop explosion of guitars and drums leading into the 80''s retro cool of "Under the Sun". "We Can Make This Day" is the album''s anthem big and bold with a hooky chorus. Elsewhere the title track "Perfect Circle" tells a tale of the dispossessed, the less fortunate delivering the message “you can change” and it starts with you.
“Hollywood Whisper” takes a tongue in cheek look at the movies. You know, when the star utters a key line in a way that would sound ridiculous in real life! All in all this album represents a return to rock roots after the more eclectic styling of the previous disc.
