Born in Augsburg, Germany but raised in Fort Worth, Texas, she has become a diverse artist that distinctively challenges ones inner feelings. She has been writing songs since 1997 and hopes to become a household name as an inspiring songwriter and producer. She first realized her niche for song writing while working as a youth choir director in her local church. In 2009, Deanna wrote and recorded her first singe" Destined to be Friends" a dedication to gospel artist "Latonja Blair" and received great reviews from those whom had the priviledge of hearing the heart felt lyrics that will be released soon. Deanna knew at an early age that she had a love for writing and singing and has continued to master her craft to be able to write music that moves the heart. Her style is full of love and has gospel origins, as well as some R&B and hip hop rythms. She plans to release her music and inspire those who have an open mind to listen.
Deanna has had the priviledge to sing background on stage with Demetria McKinney from Tyler Perry''s House of Payne, Terrell Carter from Diary of a Mad Black Woman and many other artist for R&B recording artist Nicci Gilbert as she promoted her "Grown Folks Music" album. She has shared the stage singing and acting with various actors such as her Pastor Darrell Blair, and other music artist in the industry.
Deanna is hoping to change the world with her songs and reach the level that she know she is capable of obtaining as a songwriter in the music industry. She is currently woking as a teacher while pursuing her songwriting career and raising her two beautiful children whom she gets inspiration, and creative vibes from daily.
