The group Pen State hales from the Bay Area or as some might call it...... The Yay Area, Vallejo to be exact. Home of pioneer artists E-40 and the Click and MAC Dre (R.I.P). Though Pen State shares roots with the previously mentioned artist they have crafted their own sound. Pen State has a diverse list of musical influences from Soul and R&B, some Jazz and Rock & Roll.
