The overall tone of this album could come from a number of unique circumstances, maybe the fact that the drums and guitar were recorded live or maybe because the songs were recorded in a small basement in south Minneapolis in the dead of winter or it could be that this huge project was recorded was slammed together in such a short time that there was no time for overthinking. Whatever the case, this super stylistic album turned out amazing. Don''t pass it up.
