I play guitar and write and record instrumental music. I have released 2 CDs of original music, and am now releasing my first cover. I am currently working on a Christmas project, as well as writing more original music, both on my own and with others.
I am always striving to come up something different, catching the right groove, and the right riff or hook to make a song memorable. To me, a simple catchy hook will have more lasting value than tons of solos and guitar gymnastics. Players like Dick Dale, Duane Eddy, and the Ventures had awesome riffs that are still as classic today as when they started.
