Details:
Australis is the natural expression of the human heart beyond languages, cultures and distances; constantly searching for the real sound of emotions, the unique melody of feelings, the intense rhythms of passion... to express what cannot be told by spoken tongues.

After many years of musical and personal evolution, Australis becomes a formal project by middle 2004 and takes its name from the ancient latin term that means "from the south"; a symbol of the places where he experienced his first loves, his first fears.

His music, the interbreeding of sound and spirit, journeys through new age, ambient, world, electronica, film and classic styles; touching them with his own acoustic perceptions. The always unique outcome creates musical landscapes where heart and rhythm interweave seamlessly, rich and vast environments inviting the soul to explore and discover, to expand, to feel.

Australis'' debut album "Lifegiving", released in May 30th, 2005, is a first offering from those emotional and intimate sceneries. Its tracks have been favorites in several online radio stations long before its release and earned Australis the Morpheus Music''s "2004 Best New and Independent Artist" award in January 2005.
