Timi-D is a native of Ekiti State Nigeria, West Africa. He has been a percussionist since the age of 9; when is God-given talent led him to be a Junior Band Leader of his elementary school in 1972.
During the past 20 years, he has continued to use his talent to exalt the Lord as a Music Director, a promoter of African artists, a composer and a solo artist. In 1999, he formed SOJIS (Sounds of Joy International Singers).
He has toured Nigeria, Canada, Great Britain and South Africa. Timi-D has been featured on CNN saturday re-run of Hosea
