In less than a year, Drop Dead Julio has gone from a basement in Magna to packing larger clubs in the Salt Lake valley. Venues repeatedly invite the band back. That kind of work ethic was also present in the studio as the band spent countless hours recording its’ album “Lack of Direction”. DDJ wanted a strong first impression. The band members did not want to leave the studio until album sounded polished and ready for the radio. Several tracks from “Lack of Direction” have been played frequently on KBER 101 and X96 in Salt Lake City, and KROQ in Los Angeles. 2007 is an exciting time for Drop Dead Julio.
