To Whom It May Concern:

Prior to forming Family Junction, we were childhood friends. After releasing our first album and going on a handful of small tours, it came to our attention that many of the friends we’ve remained close with over the years are musicians, sharing in the same pursuit of music and art. We have decided to share our friends with our fans, our fans with our friends, in an attempt to expose as many people as possible to the music and musicians whom we respect, admire and are fortunate enough to call family friends.

While trying to figure out how this Family Junction album was going to come together and what we wanted to do with it, we were forced to confront the current status of not only the music industry, but also how we interact, communicate, and express ourselves. We found that on many fronts, creativity, inspiration and new ideas have been stifled by the reluctance to risk venturing into the unknown; this is where the idea for FamJam''s Music-Stache was born.

All proceeds from the digital sale of this album will be donated to a music related cause.

love,
the family
