Details:
Here 4 Days" brings together an eclectic mix of musical talent whose roots include traditional jazz, blues, country, alternative, heavy-metal, and punk rock. The 5 members of the band have joined together from across the United States to create a sound that is best described as post-grunge alternative music combined with the essence of an ''80''s hair-band (without all the hair of course).

** Meet the Band! **

John Boring - Lead Vocals:
John was raised in Needles, California and is the son of the High School Band and Choir Director there. He co-founded "The Boiling Chickens" in high school then later attended Eastern Arizona College where he put together a couple of one time performance bands for talent contests. After graduating from Northern Arizona University he went about six months without a job while living off of comic books he sold on Ebay. He found a job in October 2005 where he met Chris and co-founded what would eventually become "Here 4 Days".

Chris "Kit" Mayerhofen - Bass Guitar:
Kit grew up in Carlsbad, NM and started playing guitar at 15. When he was 17 he joined up with "Three Foot Gadget", who would eventually become "Three". "Three" was the house band for a pool hall in Carlsbad for about 6 months. They also played parties and other local venues. After the breakup of "Three", Kit took a 4 year break from music, while he was in the Army. When he finished his term of service in the Army he took a new job where he met John and founded "Here 4 days".

Brian Patterson - Lead Guitar:
Brian Patterson got his first guitar when he was eleven, but didn''t get serious about it until he was 14, and lived in MN. When he got his 1st electric. He realized he loved lead guitar in rock music and began learning "Led Zeppelin", "Jimi Hendrix", and "Deep Purple" but became captivated by classical guitar, fusion rock, jazz, and other great acoustic guitar styles. He moved to Sierra Vista, where he played in clubs with the bands "Live Wire" and "Evolution". Brian also has He has five solo albums; three instrumenatal rock and two acoustic albums. He is now the lead guitarist for "Here 4 Days"..

Adam Overturf - Drums/Percussion:
Adam grew up in Benton, Illinois and began playing piano at the age of 5. By age 7 Adam made the switch to playing drums and continued to play avidly throughout high school. Adam, along with 7 other members eventually formed the "Rend Lake Jazz Combo" and played at local venues. After high school, Adam took a 6 year hiatus from playing drums and began studying guitar. He moved to Tucson, AZ in 1999 and hooked up with local blues band "Tony and the Torpedoes" occasionally sitting in on rhythm guitar. After moving to Sierra Vista in 2004, Adam returned to drumming and joined up with "The Miller Creek Band"; A talented, but short-lived classic rock cover band. After the Miller Creek breakup, Adam answered a flyer and found a home with the newly formed "Here 4 Days".

Chris Cooper - Rhythm Guitar:
Chris is a long time local musician in the Sierra Vista scene. His guitar playing style is deeply rooted in the ''80''s style of Cinderella, Skid Row, and Tesla just to name a few which makes him a perfect fit for the band. He brings a refresing energy and presence to the music that unmistakebly comes out in his playing. He stepped in and filled some big shoes after a change in the lineup left Here 4 Days searching for a new rhythm guitarist. We hope you''ll enjoy hearing Chris play at future performances as much as we enjoy playing music with him!
