Kill Your Romeo (KYR) formed in late 2004 in a small town of Mantua, New Jersey. At first only consisting of Mike Sullivan (Vocals) and Mike DeFillippis (Bass), they later met up with Ryan Hoffman (Lead Guitar), River Wagner (Guitar), and Brandon Wood (Percussion) and began jamming to have fun. After one practice they realized the good chemistry they had between each other. They then began to write some songs, which would later be their first demo, consisting of 4 tracks recorded fully at Small Hill Studio in late April of 2005. Running off of the demo along with a collection of new material made in a year''s time, KYR hopes to gain a bigger fan base, playing as many shows as they can, and meeting as many people as they can.
Show after show they have finally came to this point and time. Now finished recording their CD (Music done at Clay Creek Studio, All vocal production done at Small Hill Studio) the Kill Your Romeo boys are set to release their first completely independent full length album with 11 tracks, entitled "Pleasant Point" due out MARCH 27th. They are fully ready to play any shows available so let them know.
