His resonant baritone often reminds listeners of the great baritones, such as Elvis Presley and Dean Martin. While Bryon''s musical roots are evident in his impassioned performances, it is his song writing which allows him to bring the crooning baritone back to a modern audience. He loves to be on stage and has a rare talent for conveying his joy to a crowd.
Originally from Missouri, singer/song writer, Bryon Garrison started out playing bass and singing in musicals. He has played the Golden Rod Showboat in St. Charles and O.A.T. Theater in Rolla along side slide guitar great Tom Hall (St. Louis). While doing shows in the St. Louis area, Bryon also played the local coffee shops and bars developing his sound. Tim and Judy''s in the Soulard district, Tony''s on Main in St. Charles and St. Louis''s songwriter testing ground the Pony Espresso on Big Bend. His recordings include the single Insane, the full length Bryon Garrison at the Soulard Stadium and his most recent All I''ve Got Time For Is Love. Now in Chicago, Bryon collaborates with established performers, writing songs for crooners and performing local venues.
