RISE OF NEW AUDIO has been a staple in the California Rock Scene with their hooky, explosive music, perfectly blending guitar-pop with thrashy, high energy, rock . Working as a 3-piece consisting of Eric Van Valer (vocals/guitar) Mark Dippold (bass/vocals) Shayne Bond (drums), RONA was born in the summer of 2004 in Sacramento California. They were able to quickly win over fans with their over-the-top energetic live performances through a successful West Coast tour, before releasing their debut EP ‘Hollywood Abortion’ in October of 2006. With a D.I.Y. approach to their music, RONA released their second self-titled EP in March and plans on doing another West Coast tour throughout the summer. Look out for this hard working independent outfit. There is no doubt they’ll be heading straight for the top!
