Upside Drive started when two best friends (Dave and Rick) met up with the greatest bassist they had ever seen; a man whom they call Duck Smooth. These three got together a few times to jam, and by the fourth jam session, Upside Drive was working on an original song. Four months later, they were in the studio with the one and only Andy Wheeler driving the sound boards, making their first CD. Upside Drive has played out many times since then and has become one of New York state''s premier punk rock bands.
