The Burden Of Proof is a rock band that formed in Kalamazoo, Michigan in 2000 but recently relocated in Los Angeles, California. They have played countless venues in Michigan such as the Club Soda, Military Street Music Café, & the Roseville Theatre. They have shared the stage with Until Sunday, The Healing Sixes (John Bonham''s son), & Bliss 66 to name a few.
This band has full intentions to help recreate a local scene that will make rock music stick in the heads of the people to the extent of obsession. All four members of this band are dedicated to manufacturing a style of music that utilizes all roots of rock with a modern twist. Inspired by styles of funk, rock, blues, and many other genres, these young musicians are producing a mature sound that turns the heads of all audiences that they stand before. They have committed themselves to prove that they are here to stay plummeting through all obstacles that get in their way.
The band is fronted by Neil Gall on vocals and rhythm guitar, Chris Theil on lead guitar, Dan Cascio on bass, and Nathan Gall on drums and back-up vocals. Their debut record, Verge of Sanity, has received a respectable amount of radio play and gained respect of many people throughout the West Michigan area.
The band is very excited and proud to release, American Eyes, there upcoming EP. The new album, recorded at Signature Recording Studio in Detroit, is sure to impress. This high geared band, with constant progression and head strong tactics, is determined to gather a loyal following that will overcrowd any venue.
