Bill Welch is a gifted singer who pours his heart into every word, and surrounds himself with jazz and latin-influenced pros. His band includes: brother Fred Welch on drums, Tony Padilla on latin percussion, Mike Keefe on bass, Gene Rogalski on guitar, Bill Tiberio on saxophones (check out his recording under Bill Tiberio Group on CD Baby,) Tina Albright on vocals, and Paul Boutte on Hammond organ.
