Rebecca Ruth Fisher is a singer-songwriter who pounds away on the piano and picks apart her guitar. Music has always been a part of her life and it will always be her number one passion.
Through the years, she has grown in her abilities and from her toddler melodies being heard over the baby monitor to school choirs to the stages of Los Angeles, her voice has captured the attention of those around her.
Recently she has explored her songwriting abilities through writing and producing her own debut album, entitled “Damn Holiday,” released in April, 2007 under Boulder, Colorado’s Sunflower Canyon Productions. Her lyrics tend to stem from her experiences and her passion for music is heard in her lyrics and her joy and heartache felt through her melodies.
Since the release of her “Damn Holiday” EP in December of 2006, Rebecca Ruth Fisher has quickly gained a supportive and enthusiastic fan base and has booked shows at LA’s well known Cat Club and Rainbow Room.
She is currently working independently but is planning on joining forces with Super Solar Sounds, a southwest-based record label aimed at supporting and promoting promising up-and-coming artists.
Recent projects include Iconic, a duo group formed with her step-sister, Erin Therese. A strong compliment to each other, they have been working the stages of LA and Hollywood together.
She currently lives in Hollywood, CA, where she is playing shows and working on lyrics and music for her next album.
