I must admit that I thought the SFR Method was going to be an online passive income method. What Brian shows us here though is a step-by-step offline method that involves some hard work initially (what REAL method doesn't!!) but then builds itself into a very nice recurring passive income system. Notice I used the word SYSTEM and not just an idea or a few steps!! Then just scale it as you need and outsource any or all of it!
