Carlton David has been singing and performing in front of audiences since early childhood. But his gift of communicating and relating with people goes far deeper than just mere performance.
His soulful musical style reflects a deep and heartfelt rendering of his perspective on life, love and the frailty of our human condition. Growing up in the heart of Los Angeles, he participated actively in musical theater and choir programs at school and church. After completing high school, he entered UCLA''s music and theater program touring as a soloist with the world-renowned UCLA Men''s Glee Club performing in both national and international venues. During and after college, Carlton spent his after hours playing the LA club scene in local pop bands, Fourth Wall and Vicious Suaves and doing studio work for various local artists and friends. In the early 90''s, Carlton left the LA music scene and went on to develop a successful business career which took him away from his hometown and away from music. In 2002, he returned with a passion and wisdom that can only come from experiencing the trials and tribulations of a decade of worldly endeavors that left his heart wanting.
